Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard UK delivery options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@lava-lite.co.uk. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lava-lite.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

A parcel is only considered “lost” once the courier confirms it cannot be located.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact us and we may be able to assist.
